Fadia R. Khoury

Fadia R. Khoury is vice president, assistant general counsel for Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest utilities. She directs regulatory practice focusing on the critical areas of rates and cost recovery. Additionally, she oversees the Base Rates & Grid Support, Transmission & Wholesale Markets and Labor & Employment sections. She joined SCE in 2010.

Prior to SCE, Khoury worked for Munger Tolles & Olson, where she was a commercial litigation associate. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Ronald M. Gould, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Khoury earned her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. from Yale Law School.
