Michael Henry is vice president, assistant general counsel and corporate secretary at Southern California Edison and its parent company, Edison International. Henry directs the Commercial Transactions group, the Corporate and Securities group and the Corporate Governance group, providing support for Edison International and SCE Boards of Directors. Henry joined SCE in 2004.

Prior to joining Edison in 2004, Henry was an associate at Sheppard Mullin in Los Angeles, where he worked principally on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Henry serves as a director on the Friends of the Los Angeles County Law Library board.

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Taxation degrees from the University of Southern California.
